6. No food/drinks during treatments.
7. No pets allowed, except guide dogs.

**APPOINTMENT RULES:**

**SERVICE GUARANTEE:**
1. Follow aftercare for guaranteed services.
2. Traditional polish not guaranteed.
3. Enhancements and gel polish guaranteed for 72 hours. Call within 48 hours for free repairs.
**COMPLAINTS:**
1. Inform us of complaints by phone, text, or email.
2. Schedule a fix within 5 days after the initial service.
3. Charges for repairs after 3 days or for breakages.
4. Salon not responsible for negligence or failure to follow aftercare after 72 hours.
**REFUND POLICY:**
1. No cash refunds after leaving the salon.
2. Notify us immediately if unhappy with your nails; adjustments will be made.
3. No refunds for a change of mind.
4. Corrective services provided at no cost; dissatisfaction must be communicated immediately.
5. If still unhappy after correction, follow our Customer Complaint Procedure in writing, stating reasons and providing photo evidence of the fixed nails.”
