**Colney Nails Salon Terms of Service:**
**Insurance:**
Colney Nails believes in prioritizing customer satisfaction. To set high standards, all our staff members are fully qualified in the nail treatments they provide. We uphold a policy for professional indemnity insurance, public and product liability, and employer’s liability. Our current insurance is with Towergate, underwritten by AXA. Certificates are accessible in the ‘Meet our Team’ folder in reception and individual files in the safe.
**Health and Safety:**
Maintaining optimal cleanliness, we use sterilization equipment approved by the local Environmental Health Officer. Our health and safety policy, risk assessment, fire risk assessment, and Covid-19 risk assessment are available in the salon folder. Vulnerable individuals, including those with disabilities or under 16, will be attended to in salon 1 for their safety.
**Punctuality and Courtesy:**
Arriving late may disrupt your treatment, and appointments end at their scheduled time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for first-time appointments, necessary for a personal consultation card. Please arrive 10 minutes early.
**Services and Price List:**
Services and prices are subject to change. For the latest details, refer to our website. Treatment times include consultation, dressing, and undressing. Inquire for more information.
**Cancellations:**
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations; otherwise, the full treatment price will be charged. ‘No show’ appointments may require prepayment for future bookings. For visits over 1 hour, a 50% deposit is needed, refundable with 48 hours’ notice.
**Services **
All services require full payment at the time of treatment.
**Loyalty Reward System:**
Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for cash, sold, or transferred. Points can only be redeemed on specific treatments and not in conjunction with other offers. All client loyalty points remain the property of Colney Nails.
**Gift Vouchers:**
Valid for 12 months, gift vouchers are non-refundable and can only be used for services. Vouchers not used within the valid period can be extended for 3 months for off-peak times.
**Price Alteration:**
We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.
**Smoking and Vaping:**
Smoking or vaping is illegal in the salon.
**Data Security Privacy Policy:**
Our privacy policy outlines the information we collect and its use. Clients may request their stored information, request its removal, or make a complaint.
**Medical Conditions:**
Inform your therapist of any medical conditions or medications that may affect your treatment.
**Mobile Phones:**
For the comfort of all clients, please refrain from using mobile phones during your time at the salon.
**Children:**
Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult during treatments.
**Wheelchair Access:**
We can accommodate one wheelchair at a time. Please inform us for assistance.
**Payment:**
Online Bank transfer and cash are accepted.
**Personal Items:**
Retrieve all personal items before leaving, as we are not responsible for lost items.
**Complaints Procedures:**
Clients with concerns should inform the therapist immediately. Unresolved issues will involve a supervisor/manager and may result in alternative services or a complimentary service.
